Plan an Event

The UNM Event Planning and Scheduling staff is available and ready to help you plan your next event, meeting, or conference at the University of New Mexico. Room reservations can be arranged online through the Event Management System, by contacting the UNM Event Planning and Scheduling Office at (505) 277-5498 or by visiting the Event Planning Office (Room 1067, Plaza Level of the SUB).

The facilities in the Student Union Building are available for use by students, UNM Departments and community organizations. Host your next meeting, conference, special event or activity in the UNM Student Union Building. Features of the Student Union Building include:

  • 20 meeting rooms
  • Grand Ballroom (approx. 11,200 sq. ft.)
  • Meeting space for groups of up to 1,000 guests
  • Full service audio visual department
  • Wireless Internet Access
  • Variety of Room Setups
  • Professional Catering Service
  • Variety of On-site dining options
