Advertising in the SUB

Need an avenue to promote your upcoming event? The SUB Marketing department has just what you need!
University of New Mexico Chartered Student Organizations, ASUNM & GPSA (and their agencies) and University departments can reserve space to advertise in the Student Union Building free of charge!

Follow these three easy steps:

  1. Submit your request via the Advertising Request Form (below)
  2. The Student Union Marketing Department will review and respond to your request
  3. Use the guidelines outlined in the Student Union Building Advertising Policy

Basic Advertising specifications:

  • TV Monitors and SUB Website:
    • PowerPoint file
    • 1024 x 768 .jpg or .gif
  • LED
    • Fill out the ad request and the SUB Marketing Department will do the work for you!
  • Banner
    • Outdoor Banners
      • Ballroom Balcony: 10ft. wide by 6ft. high max.
      • East: 8ft. wide by 5ft. high max.
    • Indoor Banners
      • All Atrium locations: 11 ft. wide by 5’2 ft. high max
